SupportAssignmentStrategyType is @Enumerated(ORDINAL), so Hibernate emitted CHECK (assignment_strategy >= 0 AND assignment_strategy <= 2) on CREATE TABLE rather than an IN-list. dropStaleEnumWhitelistChecks() only drops IN-list whitelists and deliberately leaves clauses containing AND alone, so this one survives the sweep and every value appended to the enum has to widen it here. AUTO_ASSIGNMENT(3) is the current top of the range. Dropped and recreated because CHECK constraints have no ALTER form; both halves are idempotent, so a re-run is a no-op.
