SecurityService's internal-auth clients (recovery SMS -> VOIP, recovery email + template seed -> Email) send X-Internal-Auth from internal.auth.secret, which was unset. Share the existing production value (mlos-internal-auth). Applied live via kubectl patch; this persists it to git.
