acceptNextLead consults LeadAcceptEligibilityService before it reaches any of the credit logic these cases are about, and the test builds the service by reflection rather than through Spring — so the new Docstor was null and all three cases NPE'd. Stubbed to "clear", which is the empty book every case here already assumes.
