Mortgage is one vertical of the commerce system — alongside retail, rental, service, subscription, and procurement. This wires the URLA-fidelity mortgage stack to the domain-agnostic commerce lifecycle so cross-vertical surfaces (pipeline dashboards, analytics, customer portal) see mortgage like any other engagement. - Application: new engagement_id / intent_id / commitment_id FKs (nullable for legacy rows). - **************** bootstraps the org's MORTGAGE CommerceMarket + one Offering per LoanProgramCode on first app create; attaches Engagement+Intent to every AppMortgage; mirrors LoanFile.status onto Intent.status and Engagement.status; materialises a Commitment on FUNDED with the loan terms snapshot. Idempotent end-to-end. - AppMortgageService: createBlank/createFromLead attach to engagement; setSelectedProgramCode refreshes the Intent's offering. - LoanPipelineService.transition mirrors after each transition; commerce mirror failures don't block the URLA progression (log + continue). - AppMortgageDTO / AppMortgageSummaryDTO expose engagementUid / intentUid / commitmentUid for the frontend.
