Reorder provisionUpdate so writeConfigFiles (colors, config, manifest) runs before background file cleanup. Reload org from DB for fresh colors. Run cleanupExtraBackgrounds in a CompletableFuture after publishing success so a slow or stuck MinIO exists/delete cannot block the job or leave globals.css unwritten. Remove long @Transactional on provisionFull to avoid holding a DB connection for the whole MinIO work. Drop dead CSS_VAR_HEX placeholder and simplify replaceVar hex pattern to 3/6-digit only.
