500s on dynamic-segment pages + en fallback for missing locale keys

Removing the global force-dynamic made routes with generateStaticParams attempt static rendering for on-demand params, which throws DYNAMIC_SERVER_USAGE because the locale layout's getMessages() reads request headers. Pin those six routes to dynamic rendering (their prior, working behavior — nothing prerendered anyway). Also deep-merge locale messages over en (kamo-internal pattern) so keys that haven't been translated yet render English instead of MISSING_MESSAGE noise.
