A calendar message's plain-text part says what its HTML says

The text/plain alternative of every calendar message was "You've been invited to: " + subject, so an instance cancellation read "You've been invited to: Cancelled: SP07 acceptance (Mon, Nov 16)" and an invitation "You've been invited to: Invitation: ..." in phone previews and text-only readers (found by SP07 Task 37 in production). It is now the HTML body rendered as text, one line per block, or the subject when the message has no body.
