FreePBX sends every blind transfer to its global TRANSFER_CONTEXT, from-internal-xfer-dest, which dials the target through a Local channel. A Local channel takes the best format of the caller's negotiated set, opus on a Telnyx leg, and this Asterisk has no opus translator, so a PSTN caller the AI transferred was dropped the moment the person or voicemail answered ("Had to drop call because I couldn't make PJSIP/Erik_Primary-... compatible with **************** the AI's REFER failed 503. Both AI legs now name kamo-ai-xfer as their TRANSFER_CONTEXT (res_pjsip_refer reads it from the channel the REFER arrives on): inbound through kamo-ai-connect (inherited by the AI's leg), outbound on the AI's own leg at the outbound gate. kamo-ai-xfer sends an extension straight to kamo-ai-handoff on the caller's channel and anything else back to from-internal-xfer-dest. Three new guarded host-patch edits; the ConfigMap heredoc is the patch's output, as the tests pin.
