Seventeen VOIPService gates (CallController, the VoIP admin controllers, the SMS inventory and bulk-text controllers, DoNotContactController, RecordingAccessService, VoipAccess and VoipVoicemailBoxController) read GD && godModeActive themselves. SecurityService masks an elapsed 30-minute break-glass window only for its own gates, so this service, reading *** straight from Redis, kept treating a CLOSED window as open until the next status poll cleared the flag. Every one now reads **************** (GD, the flag AND godModeExpiresAt ahead; kamo-shared-library 1.6.1). Narrower, deliberately: the shared reader takes Boolean flags only (SecurityService writes them as Booleans); the hand-rolled checks also took the string "true". The now-unused truthy/isTrue/flag helpers are gone. Fixtures stamp the window; VoipAccessTest and RecordingAccessServiceTest pin that an elapsed window is not elevated, and a ratchet keeps any main source from reading the flag itself.
