Create Contact fills a blank display name from the name parts, and the saved contact then carried that name as its own. Editing it showed the name in the display-name field, where nothing changed it again: an SI that corrected a last name from 'Wendy Workstation' to 'Workstation' saved the parts, and the contact still read 'Wendy Wendy Workstation'. A display name that is only the parts spelled out now opens blank (its placeholder is the parts' name) and is spelled out again on save; a name somebody chose stays as it is.
