A message on an Exec2Exec line now goes to the recipients' phones as well as their consoles: the customer's phone when KamoCRM replies, every desk member's phone when a customer writes. It rides the existing presence-gated CHAT_MESSAGE push, deep-links to kamocopilot://exec2exec/<guid> (with the customer's name on the desk's copy), and collapses per conversation so a burst is one notification, not ten. A failed push is logged and never stops the console frames that already went out.
