VOIPService now keeps the pictures and files people text in (VOIP_MESSAGE_ATTACHMENT) through storeContentAddressed, with no Img row. storageExtension found a dat's key only from imgs, so a picture first texted in as .jpg and later uploaded as .jpeg would have been given <dat>.jpeg, an object nobody wrote (a 410). findStoredFileExt now asks both holders; an imgs row wins a tie.
