A MemberHoverCard around a face alone was a focusable button with nothing to be named by. It takes an optional label, used only when the trigger has no text of its own; MemberChip passes the member's name whenever it hides it, and the seen-by faces, KbPerson's face-only form and PersonStack pass theirs. A trigger that shows the name keeps its text as its name.
