A FreePBX voicemail deleted on the PBX stops counting on the phone badge

A deleted message is just absent from its mailbox's listing, so the sync never touched its row again and it stayed unread, badged for good. A row whose mailbox was read this sweep and did not list it is marked read (not deleted: it is still the history of a message left, and a wrongly empty read heals on the next listing). A mailbox that failed to read, and archived rows, are left alone.
