A kick takes the SI out by member, not by the participant row's call id (TPENGAGE)

Found in the sanity run (call 7b3aa471): the row named an older call (the SI came back through kamoai-service's own join, which never updates it), so the kick hung up a dead call and the SI stayed. The kick now asks kamoai-service to hang up whatever live call the SI has in the meeting (KM6 by member), and marks the row REMOVED when there is one.
