The Hot Reassign ship check showed a note reaching the lead's All tab live but not its Notes tab. MediaStream (a lead's Notes, a pipeline record's notes, the Clubhouse) opened its own socket through useMediaFeedWebSocket, and that socket never connected: connectWebSocket changed identity with its own connecting state, so the effect that opened the client deactivated it while beforeConnect was still fetching the handshake key, and stompjs does not connect a client deactivated there. The browser showed that socket opened, but no SUBSCRIBE to /topic/media/feed/<orgId> ever went out on it. useMediaFeedEvents follows the session org's /topic/media/feed/<orgId> on the tab's shared media socket (subscribeMediaTopic, as useLeadNoteWritten already does), and reloads after a reconnect. MediaStream uses it; the broken hook had no other caller and is removed.
