Two more columns in the vocabulary home_logo_overlay already established: a token, not a hex, so an org that rebrands keeps an overlay matching its new colours. Both nullable with no backfill - null is NONE, which is what every org looks like today. Separate columns rather than one shared setting, for the same reason the home page and loading screen have their own: the two sites are branded independently, and an org that white-labels one need not white-label the other. patchOrganization is an ALLOW-LIST, so the names go there too. A column this service happily deserializes but that method does not name is accepted with a 200 and silently never stored - no error, no log line, and the only symptom is a setting that reverts on its next load.
