Jigasi hangs up a call that nobody else joins within JIGASI_JVB_TIMEOUT (the image's default 30 s): Jicofo invites a participant only once there are two. An AI member dialled in at a meeting's start (SP14 D10) left before the host arrived and was never dialled again, and a phone caller who was first was dropped too. Five minutes now; MediaService dials an AI that heard nobody again while the meeting's 30-minute join window lasts, and a meeting's minutes go out about five minutes after the last person leaves (ruling SP14-FINAL-1). The config checksum rolls the pod.
