Two things kept it from ever reaching anyone. The request posted the meeting's fields flat, but EmailService reads them from a nested `meetingInvite` and refuses unknown top-level fields, so it answered 400 on `title`. And the start and end went out as zoneless wall-clock strings, which its Instant fields cannot parse. Nest the meeting in meetingApi, which also repairs the meet dialog's add-to-calendar, and read the composer's date and times in the meeting's chosen zone.
