The From header carried a name only when the request did, and the composer sends the mailbox's display_name: set for an SI's mailbox when it is made, blank on almost every person's. So members' mail went out as a bare sage@kamouniverse.com. OutgoingMailComposer now names a From that has none, for sends and drafts alike: the mailbox's own display name, else the name of the member who holds it as primary. Only the mailbox being sent from and the same mailbox under another name (an alias, which may carry its own name, or its local part on an org alias domain) are named; a shared or other address, and a mailbox nobody holds as primary, are left as they came. A From that already has a name keeps it. Applied after the compose template, so the template's identity is unchanged.
