The first translation of a commit log and the sweep's retries shared one three-thread executor, first come first served. With the SP99 T6 repair's 326 commit logs back in the sweep, each pod held up to 50 queued and LibreTranslate managed about one a minute: the nine commit logs that landed between 14:27 and 14:57Z still had no translation at 15:10Z, and one a deploy dropped from its queue would have waited for the whole backlog, since the sweep took the oldest first. A landed commit log now runs on landedTranslationExecutor (2 threads), and the sweep takes the newest incomplete commit logs first. The per-commit-log lease and the in-flight set cover both paths.
