A promo code works on its own last day

The end date is the LAST day a code works, not the first day it does not — SubscriptionPromotions.check reads it that way on the server, and the offer band's countdown runs to the end of it. Parsing it as midnight made the calculator refuse AUTUMN on 30 September while checkout still took it.
