CallLogIngestService.ingest set the member (and extension) on every re-read of a settled CDR, resolved from whoever holds the extension now. When ext 7900 passed from a retired SI to a new one, every call of the former holder moved to the new holder (SP97-T7c). The member and extension are now set when the row is created, and on a re-read only while still blank; a still-uncredited row is credited only through the extension it already names. Pinned by **************** (create, then re-ingest after the extension changed hands; the NULL cases).
