A rename answered with no Url skips Docs's rename callback

Docs shares one client-side callback between RenameFile and Save As, and **************** skips its whole body — the File_Rename event the embedding page listens for included — when command.url is empty. WOPI's RenameFile response does not carry a Url, so it always was. It is this document's own WOPI source, because a rename does not move the document. Docs strips the access_token from it before use, so none is minted.
