The AI's speech pairs the org's CURRENT name with whatever spelling is stored. The Getting-Started wizard renames through PUT /org/{id} without sending a spelling, so after 'Harbor Point Lending' became 'Atlas Home Loans' every call and meeting still said 'HAR-ber Point LEN-ding', while every transcript, chat and email showed the new name. A PUT that changes title (or titleShort) without naming its spelling key now clears that spelling, when one is stored. 'Changes' is the matcher's own equivalence: stripped, whitespace runs as one, ignoring case, so a re-save or a case-only fix keeps a spelling that still applies. A PUT that names the spelling (LabelManager sends both) keeps what it sends.
