When HR returns a signed document, the fresh envelope now carries the member's earlier answers (read from ESigService's new internal field-values route and sent as mergeFields). Signatures, initials and signature dates are never prefilled; the member signs again. Reading the answers is best-effort: any failure issues the envelope blank and never blocks the return. Deliver's repair pass prefills the same way from the document's envelope history. GET **************** serves the member's OWN signed copy as it was reviewed (ownership-gated, reviewed rounds only), and a document's lastReview now carries its pdfUrl so the correction view can lay the reviewer's marks over it.
