When HR returns a signed document, the member's signing step now has a panel beside it: what HR asked them to fix, who asked, the numbered pins matched to their notes (hover to pulse the mark), a reminder that their earlier answers are already filled in, and the copy they signed last time with every mark drawn over it read-only by the same MarkupLayer the reviewer used. Wide screens show it as a foldable column; narrow ones slide it over the page on demand. Reduced motion is respected.
