kamoai-service 8b7b8d5 added the organization's do-not-contact list for calls (K6 409 DO_NOT_CONTACT), and a team member's call now carries the day the number was listed (optedOutOn). phone_call says it as it says a revoked AI-call consent: "Pat Lee asked us not to call on October 2, 2026. Tell the person who asked that instead of calling."
