Adds **************** the single list of vendors Kamo has an explicit integration for per VendorCategory, each with its credential form (VendorField), default sandbox/production base URLs and aliases for older stored keys. Seeded with the vendors that already have adapters (credit resellers, eClose legs) and Kamo's native eSign/pricing rails; each workstream adds a vendor in the same change as its adapter. Also the shared Test Connection contract (VendorConnectionTester, VendorTestResult) and VendorRuntime, the category -> owning service map SecurityService routes tests by. Static data only: no Spring stereotypes, no entity changes.
