www.kamocrm.com's sign-up now opens register.kamouniverse.com (owner, 2026-09-28). Its kdsc_vid cookie is scoped to .kamocrm.com and can't follow, so kamo-marketing carries the GUID as ?vid= next to ?discount= (app/lib/register-link.ts). resolveMarketingTracking now adopts a well-formed carried GUID, and persists it with the code on this apex, instead of minting a new identity. The signup then lands on the same visitor timeline the referring member sees. It is adopted only alongside a code, a cookie identity on this apex still wins, and a malformed value is never adopted.
