A warm-up day used to be the N-th 24 hours from the start whether or not anything went, so turning the warm-up on days before the first campaign silently spent its low-volume days. A day that ends with no attempts is now repeated: it and every later day slide forward by the whole days that went unused, any number at once, while days that were used keep their windows and history. Completion moves with them, and the warm-up state reports idleDaysSkipped. The run is settled before the send path counts anything, so a send is never counted against a day that is about to be repeated; and when the counters cannot be read the run is left as it stands rather than closing a day on zeros.
