Live 2026-10-27 (sp00verify, approval bc7dfe20): after KC Vera confirmed, the SI cited the unproven email it was asked in; that soft-refused and replaced both the run's order and the confirmation as the approval's stand-in, so an outside send still went to the supervisor.
