Clicking a hexhead, or the strip of a window standing behind, brought the window forward with a faint shadow bloom (strip) or a 600ms green glow (hexhead) - easy to lose while the rows rearrange round it. Now the frame itself lights up: a ring inside the window's edge with two comets racing round it, ripples spreading out from the frame and a glow that holds, about 2.4s, then out. - Lit by every member gesture that brings a window forward: a strip click, a hexhead click or restore (tool:focus), and any open the member asked for. Incoming raises stay quiet. - One at a time: the newest arrival dims the one before, so the lit window is always the one the member just called. - Reduced motion keeps the cue and drops the motion: the ring and glow light up without moving. - Its own colour pair at :root (--dock-arrival, --dock-arrival-ring); the title bar already wears the brand, and a brand ring disappears along it.
