Adds JPA entities (OrgAccessRule, OrgGeoBlockRule, OrgSuspiciousDetectionRule, SystemAccessLog, GeoLiteBlock, GeoLiteLocation, GeoLiteSyncStatus), 6 new enums, 7 repositories, and 5 new RoleRightType entries (MANAGE_ACCESS_RULES, VIEW_ACCESS_LOGS, MANAGE_DETECTION_RULES, MANAGE_MEMBER_SECURITY, EXPORT_ACCESS_LOGS).
