Add bidirectional sync between status tabs and filter dropdown

- When status tab changes → updates filter dropdown (already existed) - When filter dropdown changes → updates active status tab (new) - Prevents circular updates by only depending on statusFilterValue in the new useEffect - If filter is cleared, switches to 'All Leads' tab if currently on a status tab
