New package **************** with 9 entities (BillingCustomer, BillingSubscription, BillingPaymentMethod, BillingInvoice, BillingCredit, BillingCreditLedger, BillingConfig, BillingUsageSnapshot, BillingStripePriceMapping) and 9 corresponding JPA repositories. These entities mirror Stripe state locally for the new KamoCRM billing system.
