Replaces Meet's default welcome screen with a custom landing page that: - Loads org backgrounds from MinIO theme with carousel transitions - Shows org logo and themed colors from CSS variables - Provides room name input to join/start meetings - Includes App Store and Google Play badge placeholders - Settings link for Meet configuration - nginx serves welcome.html at / and Meet app at /{roomName}
