- Add parent/child type dropdown system for SaleType selection - Default to 'Custom' child type when SERVICE or PRODUCT is selected - Prevent creation with NOT_SPECIFIED (validation error) - Hide NOT_SPECIFIED from dropdown in edit mode - Display full hierarchy in datagrid (e.g., 'Service - Residential Mortgage') - Support new child types: RESIDENTIAL_MORTGAGE, COMMERCIAL_MORTGAGE, SERVICE_CUSTOM, PRODUCT_CUSTOM
