Add importable `source` field to CreateLeadRequest + persist it in createLead

The Lead has a free-text `source` (shown/edited on the lead detail page) but it was not importable — CreateLeadRequest had no source field, so createLead never set it. Add it so manual imports can map a file column to the lead's source.
