Add Lead goes to the list when its creator may not open the new lead

A lead created with "Auto Assign / Unassigned" joins the assignment pool, owned by nobody, and the lead page refuses a member without VIEW_UNASSIGNED_LEADS on a product that is not free-for-all (ruled intended, SP99-T13). The form always opened the new lead, so every Standard Team Member, human or AI, who kept the default assignee landed on "Forbidden: missing right VIEW_UNASSIGNED_LEADS". It now asks the lead GET (leadsApi.canOpenLead: only a 403 is no) and goes to /leads when the answer is no; the "Lead created" toast is unchanged.
