Adds two controllers for the automated lead intake system: - LeadIntakeController: authenticated CRUD for intake endpoints, field mappings, payload queue management, backlog processing, and stats - LeadIntakeReceiveController: public endpoint that accepts 3rd-party lead submissions with Redis rate limiting, payload size enforcement, JSON flattening, and configurable enable/disable per endpoint
