Add min-w-0 to email content div so overflow-x-auto fires

Without min-w-0, the flex-col child's default min-width:auto resolves to min-content, letting wide email tables expand the div past the column width. The outer overflow-x-hidden then clipped the expanded div instead of producing a scrollbar. Setting min-width:0 keeps the div at the column's allocated width so overflow-x-auto can show a horizontal scrollbar within the email body, independent of the message header.
