Add parentId and parent to OrgProviderProps type

The Organization props interface was missing parentId and parent fields, causing them to be dropped during TypeScript compilation even though the backend sends them. This prevented organization.hasParent from ever being true, which hid the Plans & Billing tab for all child orgs.
