Add Pipeline page with Applications, Orders, Shipments, and Returns tabs

- Created pipeline page using SettingsView component similar to account pages - Added Applications tab with application management and status tracking - Added Orders tab with order listing, status, and payment tracking - Added Shipments tab with shipment tracking and delivery status - Added Returns tab with return processing and refund management - All tabs include search, filtering, status chips, and summary statistics - Uses mock data for demonstration (ready for API integration)
