Deep-copies a binder the requester can see (owned, shared, or template) into a fresh binder owned by the requester. Copies every item (DOC, SEPARATOR, GENERATED) with order, type, configJson, and per-instance modifier overrides intact; copies binder-wide modifiers; leaves the underlying Img documents alone (both binders reference the same docs). The copy starts with no shares and isTemplate=false.
