Add proactive session extension to prevent timeout while user is active

The session monitor only extended the Redis session when TTL dropped to ≤5 minutes, and at that point silently auto-extended without showing the warning popup. This meant active users never saw the warning AND relied on a last-second extend that could fail. Now the monitor proactively extends every 5 minutes when user activity is detected, and the warning popup correctly appears only for truly idle users.
