Add PublicChatVisitor and PublicChatApiKey entities for public chat widget

Adds entities, repositories, and DTOs to support anonymous public chat sessions on marketing sites. PublicChatVisitor captures visitor context (headers, IP, name) with shared PK to MediaSession. PublicChatApiKey enables org-scoped API key auth.
