- Replace BLAKE3 placeholder with real BouncyCastle Blake3Digest in HashUtils - Add dedupScope column to ImgOrgAssoc (GLOBAL or ORG, default GLOBAL) - Add org-scoped dedup query to ImgDatRepository - Add checkHashExists() for pre-upload hash lookup - Add registerExistingDocument() to create Img records without re-uploading
