- A campaign's progress page has Add recipients: the recipients step in a dialog (upload, IDs, the All boxes, addresses), saved in slices as the editor saves them, in any status. - Send to latest sends it to whoever it should reach and hasn't yet. A banner says how many addresses are waiting, and the confirmation says what goes. - Cancel remaining shows only while a campaign is sending: the outbox cancels the mail of campaigns that are going out.
