Add SecurityService and dao.repositories to EnableJpaRepositories scan

UserPhoneLookupRepository in recovery package was not picked up because EnableJpaRepositories only listed dao.repos and commerce. Added the SecurityService base package to cover all local repos, and dao.repositories to cover EmailTemplateRepository.
